Overcast Skies and Scattered Rainfall Expected Across Nepal

Kathmandu: Nepal is set to experience generally cloudy weather conditions today, with overcast skies prevailing across the country. According to the Weather Forecasting Division, there is a likelihood of light to moderate rain accompanied by thunder and lightning in various areas of Bagmati, Gandaki, Karnali, and Sudurpaschim provinces.
Meteorologist Shanti Kandel reported that light to moderate rain has been observed since the previous night in the hilly regions of Gandaki and Sudurpaschim provinces. Additionally, isolated rainfall has been recorded in some locations within the Koshi, Bagmati, Karnali, and Lumbini provinces.
Later in the evening, heavy rain is anticipated in one or two areas of Lumbini and Sudurpaschim provinces. Kathmandu may also experience normal rainfall during the afternoon.
